Free Size Exchange Policy

We understand online shopping can sometimes be tricky. To help you get satisfied with your purchase, we have a Free Size Exchange Policy for all gear, helmets and apparel. 

If you order a product and it doesn't fit, send us an email at shop@cityhonda.co.nz and we can organise an exchange. You will need to cover the cost of return freight to send the item back to us and we'll take care of the rest. Exchanges must be made within 30 Days of your order being placed. 

Free Size Exchanges are only applicable to an identical item, differing size. 

This policy is not applied to sale, or clearance items.
